Management Trainee Program
Nestle Management Trainee Program is geared towards developing individuals as future leaders in various aspects of our business. The 24-month program provides Management Trainees with real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the business, as well as understanding the inter-relationships between different functions across the value chain. Within your stream you will also be rotated across departments and experience the excitement of a fast-paced nature of FMCG business.
This will be an accelerated pathway that will help unlock the fullest potential in the individual.
If you have these qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Nutrition, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- A fresh graduate or those with maximum 3 years of working experience in any of areas above
- Good academic records and participation in extracurricular activities
- Fluent interpretation in Mandarin Chinese and English

Sales Kick‑start your commercial career with Nestlé Sales Trainee Program. Through hands‑on projects and rotations, you’ll gain real business exposure across sales channels, customers, and iconic Nestlé brands. You’ll support sales execution, trade marketing activities, data analysis, and customer negotiations while working closely with cross‑functional teams. The program offers rich learning opportunities, global collaboration, and access to senior leadership—preparing you for a fast‑track career in Sales or Trade Marketing. -
E-Commerce The future is NOW, and it is DIGITAL. Join Nestlé E‑Commerce Trainee Program and accelerate your journey as a future digital commerce leader. Through cross‑functional rotations and hands‑on projects, you’ll gain end‑to‑end exposure to e‑store operations, digital marketing, data analytics, and e‑supply chain management. Work on real e‑commerce platforms, explore trends and innovations, and partner with brand, sales, and IT teams to drive sustainable growth. Lead impactful digital transformation projects and shape the future of Nestlé’s online business. -
Marketing How does a global brand connect with consumers in Taiwan? As a Marketing Trainee at Nestlé, you will gain deep insights into both the Nestlé brand and consumer behavior through hands‑on exposure to social media, market data analysis, and real business challenges. You will be involved in business negotiations, as well as the planning and execution of marketing activities. Your innovative ideas are encouraged and valued, with opportunities to bring creative concepts from incubator stage to market launch through agile execution. Throughout the program, you will work cross‑functionally, engage with colleagues and senior leaders from around the world, and help shape iconic Nestlé brands that consumers know, trust, and love.
