Management Trainee Program

Nestle Management Trainee Program is geared towards developing individuals as future leaders in various aspects of our business. The 24-month program provides Management Trainees with real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the business, as well as understanding the inter-relationships between different functions across the value chain. Within your stream you will also be rotated across departments and experience the excitement of a fast-paced nature of FMCG business.
This will be an accelerated pathway that will help unlock the fullest potential in the individual.

If you have these qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Nutrition, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields
• A fresh graduate or those with maximum 3 years of working experience in any of areas above
• Good academic records and participation in extracurricular activities
• Fluent interpretation in Mandarin Chinese and English

Available Streams

Being a Marketing trainee in Nestlé, you will get a deep understanding of Nestlé as well as our customers inside out through exposure to social media and market data analysis. You will be involved in business negotiation with clients, planning and execution of marketing activities. Your innovative ideas will always have a chance in meetings and planning of activities to interact with customers. You may have the change to go through incubator idea to launch journey with creative ideas and quick executions. In addition, you will get numerous insights and broaden your horizon while communicating with colleagues and senior managers. Throughout the program, you will have many chances to work cross-functionally, meet colleagues from all over the world and interact with the senior leadership team in various occasions.

Nestlé Sales trainees will have the opportunity to enjoy various Nestlé products including our coffee. Moreover, you will be able to bring out your potential through negotiating with clients about price and quantity. With the help and guidance of colleagues, you will grab the essence of professional business skills and hardworking attitude. Throughout the program, you will have many chances to work cross-functionally, meet colleagues from all over the world and interact with the senior leadership team in various occasions.

Join the Supply Chain Trainee Program here at Nestlé and you’ll learn to shape the end-to-end process that starts in our overseas factories, co-manufacturing, international supply chain, local warehousing, and ends with products on the shelves for customers to buy. Immerse yourself in the workings of the world’s biggest food and drink manufacturer and come out ready to drive a spectacular career with us. You may have placements in Demand and Supply Planning, Customer Service or Logistics, completing over two years. Supported by our mentors, you’ll develop expertise in the fundamental principles of Supply Chain as you get involved with everything from contract negotiation and sales forecasting to production planning and stakeholder management.
